Commitment

Last updated: May 13, 2026. We treat project discussions, shared files, credentials and internal business information with care and discretion.

What we treat as confidential

Business plans, technical documentation, credentials, internal data, prototypes, client lists, pricing information, unpublished materials, and any information clearly marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

How we protect it

We limit access to people directly involved in the work, use reputable cloud and communication tools, avoid unnecessary data exposure, and keep credentials or project information restricted to the minimum required to deliver the service.

Use limitation

Confidential information is used only to evaluate, plan, deliver, support or improve the agreed project. We do not reuse client-specific confidential materials for unrelated work without permission.

Third-party tools

Where hosting, analytics, repositories, payment providers or project tools are needed, information may be processed by those services under their own terms. We aim to keep shared data limited to what is operationally necessary.

NDA support

If your project requires a formal non-disclosure agreement, we can review and sign an NDA before receiving sensitive documents or system access, provided the terms are commercially reasonable.

Exclusions

This commitment does not apply to information already public, independently developed without use of your confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law, court order, or regulatory obligation.

Need an NDA before sharing project details?

Send the draft agreement or let us know your requirements and we will review the confidentiality terms before discovery begins.
